75 Lubbock Townhomes Changed Hands In A New Sale

A 75 unit townhome community in Lubbock has been sold to a buyer from outside Texas, according to an announcement released Sunday.

Del Estrado Townhomes, built in 1972, includes 3 and 4 bedroom residences with attached garages. The units average approximately 1,818 square feet, making their size a central feature of the property described in the announcement.

A national institutional owner sold the community. Guillermo Gameros represented the seller, while David Tello brought in the buyer, who was completing a first transaction with the brokerage involved in the deal.

The announcement described lender underwriting and financing conditions as challenges during the closing process. It also identified the sale as the brokerage’s fourth Lubbock transaction in the past 12 months.

The final sale price and the buyer’s name were not disclosed in the public announcement. It did not specify changes to rents, leases or property operations. Those details remain separate from the confirmed sale.
