TEXAS TECH CHEER REVEALS 2026 NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP RINGS AFTER DOUBLE TITLE SEASON

LUBBOCK, Texas — Texas Tech Cheer has revealed the championship rings created to celebrate its 2026 national titles in the Large Coed and Small Coed divisions.

The program shared images of the rings Saturday, showing 2 distinct designs covered in Texas Tech colors and championship details. One design features a gold finish, while the other uses silver with red and black accents. Both prominently display “Texas Tech” and “National Champions.”

The rings represent months of practice, conditioning and preparation that led to both teams reaching the top of their divisions during the 2026 national competition season. Collegiate cheer routines combine advanced stunting, tumbling, pyramids, baskets and performance skills, with each athlete responsible for executing movements where timing and trust are critical.

Texas Tech Cheer members also balance competition training with academics, athletic events, pep rallies and appearances throughout the Lubbock community.

Winning championships in both Large Coed and Small Coed added another major accomplishment to a Texas Tech Cheer program that has become a consistent national contender. The new rings now give the athletes a permanent reminder of the work required to bring 2 national championships back to Lubbock.
