GOAT CUSTOMERS WILL RECEIVE REFUNDS AFTER FEDERAL SHIPPING AND RETURN CASE

Lubbock sneaker shoppers who used GOAT may be among customers receiving settlement payments.

The Federal Trade Commission announced Tuesday that it is sending more than $100,000 to 6,205 customers who have not yet received a payment. GOAT previously refunded more than $736,000 directly to affected buyers in 2025.

The agency alleged that some priority orders were delayed without the required choice to accept a delay or cancel for a refund. It also challenged how the company handled its promised buyer protection.

Most payments will arrive by check. Recipients have 90 days to cash those checks, while PayPal payments must be redeemed within 30 days.

Questions can go to JND Legal Administration, the refund administrator, at (888) 970 2410. The FTC does not require a fee or account information to receive a payment.
