STICKY CHIKKY IS OFFICIALLY COMING TO LUBBOCK WITH A NEW LOCATION NEAR 114TH AND SLIDE

Another restaurant is joining the growing stretch of businesses in South Lubbock.

Sticky Chikky is officially preparing to open a Lubbock location near 114th Street and Slide Road, bringing the Amarillo based chicken concept into the Hub City.

Construction is already far enough along that Sticky Chikky signage has been installed on the building, giving drivers passing through the area their first look at what is coming.

The restaurant is known for keeping its menu simple, building meals around chicken, sticky rice and a selection of sauces. Its move into Lubbock will expand the West Texas brand beyond its Amarillo home and put it in one of the busiest areas for new residential and commercial development in the city.

An opening date has not been announced yet. More information about the Lubbock location and its grand opening is expected as construction moves closer to completion.

For now, Lubbock can officially add Sticky Chikky to the growing list of new restaurants preparing to open on the city’s south side.
